Delivery Facility Presort Local Rural

Delivery Facility Presort Local Rural applies to all copies mailed at a post office with no letter carrier delivery for delivery at that same post office.

Regional

Regional applies to all copies mailed at a postal facility for delivery at post offices which:

  • Have no letter carrier delivery
  • Are found in the same or adjacent provinces as the accepting postal facility
